All of our photo packages are guaranteed for next day delivery by noon. This optional charge is for same day delivery

You may cancel any appointment within 4 hours of scheduled booking without penalty. Less than 4 hours - a Cancellation Fee will apply.

If we arrive onsite and are not able to shoot for any reason out of our control, then an 'On-site Can't Shoot' Fee will apply.

Charged if we need to make additional trips to re-shoot property for reasons outside of our control.

All on-site services over 30 miles from Naperville are subject to a Travel Charge.

If we arrive onsite, and the weather is not cooperating, you have the option to either:

1) have us shoot interior photos at the time and return later for exterior photos (Trip Charge applies)

Unless the weather is severe, we will shoot a temporary front-exterior photo that can be replaced once exterior photos are processed.

2) reschedule entire photo shoot for a later date ('On-site - Can't Shoot' Fee Applies).

We convert your existing Property Virtual Tour into a Hi-Definition video, which you can use anywhere for marketing purposes. We also upload your video to your business YouTube channel. Each video is ~ 5 min long and includes your preselected background music, & optional narration voice-over, as well.

A Zillow Certified Photographer will create and upload the 2-minute video for your approval. We use professional gimbal stabilizers & high-grade wide angle lenses to create a smooth cinematic flow.

A polished video will be produced using a combination of video and photos. We incorporate motion graphics and agent branding into the template with custom intros/outros. Typically 1-5 minutes long depending on requirements.

We establish your new property Virtual Tour, based on the default settings you have established for your custom template.

After processing your photos, we upload your hi-resolution web photo set. The uploads are then optimized and added to your tour.

Deactivate your tours after they close or continue to use them as an integral component of your Marketing Strategy & Presentations to future clients. The choice is yours.

You handle tour data entry, adjustment of all default settings, adding music, creating your brochure, etc.

Includes all Basic Package services, plus we also enter property basic data, arrange the media, adjust the default settings, and create your brochure. When we're done, site is ready to be published.

Includes all the previous services, and we also enter up to 35 slide descriptions, and create & publish a high definition video to your Youtube channel.

We create your online profile/account, consult with you to identify your preferred template, adjust visual settings and update colors, fonts, logo, and headshot. Tour master settings are updated, so that you are ready for your first tour.
